Meet the HeyOrca team!
HeyOrca was founded to answer a simple question:
How can we make planning and collaboration seamless between marketing agencies and their clients?
With a little creativity and a TON of hustle we’ve built the ultimate sandbox for social media planning, collaboration, and approvals.
Meet the Team
Co-Founder & CEO
Originally from Malaysia, Joe graduated from Memorial University with a joint degree in Finance and Economics. An internship at a startup inspired him to explore this world of limitless possibilities. He met his eventual co-founder, Sahand, while working as a campus ambassador for Microsoft. The rest, as they say, is history. Joe continues to be inspired by both the challenge and satisfaction of helping marketing teams around the world work smarter.
Co-Founder & CTO
Sahand has a background in both Computer Engineering and Computer Science; plus an inherent interest in Entrepreneurship since he made 5 cents from cooling and reselling pop to his beloved family at the age of 8. Sahand oversees the engineering team at HeyOrca where he focuses on building a great team and consequently, a great software. Outside of work, Sahand enjoys hiking, snowboarding and having unhealthy snacks with friends.
