Will HeyOrca allow me to customize the look of my Instagram Bio Link?
Yes, HeyOrca will help you create an Instagram link-in-bio landing page that reflects your brand. You can customize the landing page background colour, CTA destination and button colours, and choose whether the first image is enlarged.
Does HeyOrca’s Instagram Bio Link tool include click tracking?
Yes, Instagram Bio Link Click Tracking is available on all HeyOrca plans. This tool will help you measure the success of your Instagram strategy by tracking clicks across your linked posts and CTA buttons.
Can HeyOrca’s Bio Link tool be used across other apps, like TikTok, or just Instagram?
You can share your HeyOrca Bio Link anywhere, including in your TikTok bio; however, the links on the landing page will be associated with posts published to Instagram. If you’re cross-posting your Instagram content to other platforms, sharing your HeyOrca Bio Link on those platforms can be an effective part of your social media strategy.

What is a calendar and what does it include?
A calendar is a way of organizing the clients or brands that you manage. You can easily collaborate on content for a client and see all their content on one calendar. All calendars come with unlimited users and up to 10 social accounts. Users include your team members and clients.
How will my client access HeyOrca?
You can assign your clients different roles depending on how involved they need to be in the content creation process. Most users set their clients up as external stakeholders. In this role, your client can approve, reject, and provide feedback on posts – without logging in to HeyOrca. When you’re ready for your client to review posts, you’ll send them a secure shareable link. They’ll only be able to see the content you want to show them. And your client will receive minimal email notifications.
