Frequently asked questions

Where and when is the Community-Led Marketing Summit 2026 taking place?

The summit will be held at the St. John’s Convention Centre in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, on June 18, 2026.

What is included in my pass?

Your pass includes full access to all keynotes, workshops, and networking events throughout the day. Lunch is available as an optional add-on during registration.

What happens if I can no longer make the conference?

While all passes are non-refundable, you can transfer your pass to another person. 

Passes may be transferred to another individual up to 3 days before the event, and the original pass holder must notify Natalie at natalie@heyorca.com in writing with the new attendee’s full name and email address to confirm the transfer.

In the case of illness or emergency on the day of the event, same-day transfers may be permitted at the organizer’s discretion.

I can’t afford a full pass. Are there discounted options?

Yes! We are offering a limited number of bursary passes to help make the summit more accessible. If cost is a barrier, we encourage you to apply for a bursary pass.

Who should attend HeyOrca’s Community-Led Marketing Summit: St. John’s?

This summit is most useful to digital marketers and leaders.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible.

Will food be available at the event?

Water, tea, coffee, and small snacks will be provided throughout the day. You can purchase lunch as an additional add-on to your pass. There are many restaurant and cafe options available within a short walk from the venue.

Is parking available nearby?

Yes. The closest parking is the Water Street parking garage, located just a short walk from the venue. Please note that parking is paid and not included with your pass.
