Can I use my Canva Brand Kit?
Yes, if you are paying for Canva Pro. When Canva opens, you'll have access to your Brand Kit, folders, templates, and other Canva design tools available to your account.
Can I export multiple pages?
Not yet. The Canva integration currently supports exporting single-image designs.
Are Canva premium elements supported?
Yes, but Canva may charge again for premium assets when an existing design is copied into HeyOrca. This is a limitation of Canva's API, not HeyOrca.
How many social media accounts are included in HeyOrca?
All workspaces come with up to 10 social media accounts. Need more? Additional accounts are just $10 each per month.
Does HeyOrca provide social media reports and analytics?
We sure do! HeyOrca Pro comes with advanced social media reports – so you can prove your impact to your team, clients, and other stakeholders.
In your reporting dashboard, you’ll see the following social media reports: Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Demographics, LinkedIn Personal, LinkedIn Company Pages, TikTok, and Custom Reports. You can use these reports to track follower growth, measure engagement, discover top posts, compare date ranges, and more. You can also automate your reports to be emailed to your key contacts on the schedule of your choice.
Not a HeyOrca Pro user? Choose HeyOrca’s Reporting add-on to apply social media reports to your Basic plan.
What social networks can I publish to with HeyOrca?
