Scheduling

Being able to create and schedule posts right in HeyOrca has been a game changer. For example, when planning a vacation Amanda was able to schedule posts far in advance, so social media was taken care of while she was away. “Everything was publishing as I was sat on the beach in Portugal”, she explained.

Approvals

The platform’s approval settings allow Amanda to get Karen’s feedback with little delay in her planning process. Amanda explained: “There's lots of content where I can just go with it because it's been on our website, but there are other things where I need Karen’s approval. So, I ask her to pop into HeyOrca to take a look and we can go ahead and publish from there.”

Copy Post Feature

Amanda also likes the simplicity of being able to copy posts between platforms. “I love the ability to copy posts to other platforms, so I can take my Instagram content and add it to Facebook really easily.”

Media Library (with Folders)

This feature allows Amanda and her team to store a variety of photos and videos right in HeyOrca and organize them into folders. She says: “It’s been fantastic for us because we have many different categories of photos, so having them organized into folders helps us find things more easily.”

Text to Media Library

Looking for an easier way to upload photos to HeyOrca’s Media Library, Amanda reached out to the support team. This led to the Text to Media Library feature that allows users to send content to HeyOrca via text message. “Now we can send photos from our phone, right to the library. I love that feature”, she explained.

You can still qualify.

The maximum free access period is 6 months, even if your existing contract extends beyond that.

You may qualify if:

  • You currently use Sprout Social or Hootsuite
  • You’re still in an active contract

What is the "Make the Switch" offer?

The “Make the Switch” offer gives eligible Sprout Social and Hootsuite customers up to 6 months of free access to HeyOrca so they don’t have to pay for two social media management tools at the same time while transitioning platforms.

How long is the free access period?

Your free access period matches the amount of time remaining on your current contract, up to a maximum of 6 months.

Examples:

  • 2 months left on your contract = 2 months free
  • 5 months left = 5 months free
  • 8+ months left = 6 months free

Are there user limits or workspace limits during the free period?

No. HeyOrca includes unlimited users on all paid plans, and there are no workspace limits during your free access period.

Once your free period ends, you’ll continue with a paid HeyOrca plan for the same number of months you received for free, with at least the same number of workspaces and their associated pricing tiers.

Can I change my plan after the free period?

Your agreement is locked to the number of workspaces and plan tier you choose during the free access period. For example, if you use 10 Pro workspaces during your free period, your paid plan will continue with 10 Pro workspaces for the same agreed term.

You can increase your plan or add workspaces at any time during the agreement. However, you can’t reduce your plan or downgrade your workspace count until your agreement term has fully ended. Once the term is complete, you’ll be able to adjust your plan freely.
