How does the application process work to become a HeyOrca Expert?

If you’re interested in becoming a HeyOrca Expert, you can fill out an application form, and a member of our team will review. If selected or not, you will receive an email with the final decision. We do new member intakes every 4 months.

How many people will be accepted into the HeyOrca Experts?

There is no set number of people we accept into the HeyOrca Expert community per term. We choose the members that we feel are a perfect match for our program.

What happens if I’m not selected to be a HeyOrca Expert?

If you’re not selected to be a HeyOrca Expert, you will receive an email regarding the decision, and we encourage you to apply again in the future.

Which HeyOrca plan supports add-ons?

Add-ons are available for HeyOrca Basic plans. You can choose from three available add-ons: Reporting, Social Listening, and Social Inbox. It’s easy to mix and match add-ons for your Basic plan – choose one, two, or all three. Pro tip: If you choose three add-ons, consider the Pro plan instead. (It will be cheaper!)

Does HeyOrca support social listening?

Yes, HeyOrca’s social listening suite helps brands and agencies monitor mentions, track community sentiment, analyze competitor performance, and discover brand advocates. If you’re using HeyOrca Pro, your plan includes our social listening tools. If you’re on a HeyOrca Basic plan, you can add social listening to your workspace as an add-on.
