Do I have to stay with HeyOrca once my free access is finished?
Yes. To receive free access for up to 6 months, you’ll sign an agreement that includes both:
- Your free access period
- A paid commitment afterward
The paid portion must be at least as long as the free portion.
For example:
- 3 months free = minimum 3 months paid afterward
What proof do I need to provide in order to get free access to HeyOrca?
We’ll need proof that you currently have an active contract with either Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
This can include:
- A contract
- Renewal paperwork
- An invoice
- A billing screenshot showing your active term
I don't use Sprout or Hootsuite but I am stuck in a long-term contract. Can I get free HeyOrca?
At the moment, the “Make the Switch” offer is only available to customers currently under contract with Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
If you’re using another platform, talk to our team – we may still be able to offer a custom switching incentive.
